I am currently working with an client who is looking to improve ther business processes and product conformity and when I asked about their last management review meeting I got a rather shamefaced look from the MD. It seems a nice set of minutes were produced to satisfy the auditor but there was actually no meeting. We are now putting together a really good set of data which will be considered when they have their management review meeting in December. It's quite amazing how much we've drawn together in terms of ideas and now the data to support those areas is being gathered. Lightbulbs are starting to go on and I know that the meeting is going to give the business a really good chance to put their management system under the microscope and to develop some really good improvement themes.
Are you using managment review as an improvement tool? We can help make it work for you!
