Making the most of management systems

A lovely day with a fab company today.  So nice to see a company who are really taking management systems seriously and using them to drive forward business improvement.  One of the Directors said 'our management system is intrinsic to all we do, it's what keeps the business moving on, helps us improve continually'.  Yeehah, someone has understood what ISO9001 is all about!
