Looking critically at what I have delivered - whether it is a course, a presentation or a learning event - is one of the things I really make myself do. It falls in with Deming's Plan Do Check Act cycle and by examining the good, and the not so good, and looking for opportunities to improve gives me the chance to push myself further and deliver more to my client base. Earlier this week I look at some material I'd put together for a programme run last year and I was surprised at how much I've developed it since then. Good to see!
