Coaching

I ran a 1 to 1 coaching session for a mid life career changer this week.  I love the excitement and buzz that comes from these sessions, working with someone who has recognised that they want to move on and helping them to achieve their dream and make that move makes my job so worthwhile.  What is even better is that my delegate has now found a job.  So pleased that for someone there is a whole new career out there.
