Over £1.75m in MAS(Manufacturing Advisory Service) funding committed during 2012
950 in-depth improvement projects approved, to help companies put their ambitions into practice, with over 450 of those already completed.
In 2013 manufacturing SME’s can access up to 50% funding towards the total cost of a consultancy project (between £300-£3000 per project).
Each business is able to seek support for up to three significant projects every 12 months:
1st Project in rolling 12 month period – up to 50% subsidy max grant = £3000
2nd Project in rolling 12 month period – up to 40% subsidy max grant = £2400
3rd Project in rolling 12 month period – up to 30% subsidy max grant = £1800
Grant applications can be signed off in under a week, a simple straightforward admin process, minimal form-filling and up to three projects per year for any SME manufacturing client.
Support from MAS registered consultant and a local MAS Advisor to make sure your relationship with MAS runs as smoothly as possible. In order to get an application for funding approved, your proposal needs to demonstrate that the work being carried out will contribute to significant business growth.
