
![]() The current news regarding horse meat in burgers has provided me with lots of great material to use to illustrate how important 3 key aspects of ISO9001 are. I wonder what supplier evaluation processes are in place within Tesco and Burger King, and how much those processes are being examined at the moment? What processes are in place for control of nonconforming product (imagine the size of the quarantine area!!) and how effective have the processes been for identification and traceability? Food (but not burgers please) for thought! Whatever happens I am sure that there is a lot of thought going into continual improvement right now, but I for one won't be eat
